Checked out late and rushed to the airport. Thank goodness there were no issues with traffic, we arrived just in time to pass security. We boarded our Jet Blue flight to NYC. Upon arrival we met Maria Ciccaglioni for supper at Leguardia. We had a 6 hour layover in New York. We hadn't see Maria for 5 years. ... a walking tour up to the 9/11 site so we started off at the bottom of Broadway street where the all the Transatlantic liner offices used to be, all their names are still visible on the buildings. We then continued on up Broadway to Wall Street past the Stock Exchange which since 9/11 you can no longer go in and see as visitors and George Washington statue outside Federal Hall and many buildings owned by Donald Trump and Holly Trinity church set amongst all the high rise buildings. ...

... groups of around 15 for a tour of the printery and home. Our guide was Chris Brown who was a sparkie. Jennifer his wife also worked in the Electrical Dept, helping to look after supplies I think. Its not possible in just a short space to convey the amazing work they do here, particularly in book and Bible printing. One printing press produces (from memory) 26 signatures (Bible/book sections that are combined/sewn to form the final book) ...
