... them and by the 5th round the session was going well – hopefully making up for the awful beginning!

We had an exciting weekend planned – going to visit Cammy and Kevin in Phana! Up bright and early to catch the first bus to Yasothon where we were told to go to Amnat Charoen, there we were put on another bus and this bus stopped at a random town and told us it didn’t go any further. We were outside a police station so we decided to ask ...

Pi Ying met us to try and help Amy get her laptop fixed, the man ordered a new battery so we had to go back into Ubon on Sunday to pick it up. Unfortunately it didn’t help! We then went to Tesco Lotus to buy a mop to clean our house and blankets to put over our sofas and armchairs ...

On Thursday we went to a primary school to play games, the kids were so cute and kept trying to speak English – "help me speak English" was about the only sentence they knew! On Friday we had to go to get tests done for our work permit. We thought that we were getting a blood test and an xray but also had a skin test and a urine test. I'm pleased to say that I am not pregnant, have no drugs in my system, am sti free and also don’t have Leprosy ...
