    ... huge and had pretty much everything we would need. Prices were much better than the supermarket located in our community which is good. There are several things like dairy products, cereals, jams, peanut butter that have limited selections so we will have to adjust for sure.

    It was a narrow gauge line with full width carriages and a ratchet gear down the center of the track to cope with the climbs and very steep descents through the mountains

    It was amazing, rivers, snow peaks, little villages, and downs and around sweeping bends etc.

    We loved every minute of it.....the scenery on the two state rail sections were also very good, was a long day but fantastic, just like we imagined Switzerland would be like.

    ... to one of the prettiest views I had all day. But really everywhere in Switzerland is postcard worthy, and the best thing is nothing is more than a few hours away.

    Zurich is one of my favourite cities thus far. Its small and pretty and very easy to get around and I felt at home right away, although having use of Matthias’s apartment gave me a better chance to feel like a local.

    It’s just a shame that it comes at such a high price. ...
