    ... the food was not. The schnitzel was mainly breading with an extremely thin pork cutlet inside. With the schnitzel costing 15 francs a la carte we were expecting something a little better. The schnitzel there was nothing like we are used to in Germany, where you get a schnitzel with two sides for around 11 euros. The service was also very poor. Anytime you need anything you have to either flag down a waiter or just get it yourself.

    ... the rocks. There was also caves for us to walk around in and see gorgeous views. Then we took an areal cable car half way down the mountain then a gondola. On the gondola I sat with Ted, Jeremy and Nick. I laughed so hard during that ride because of a spider and the boys singing.     ... people fueling your economy? The people are kind and the energy amazing. Few poor people and no one trying to sell you junk at every corner. How nice it is to walk the streets carefree! I wish I had more time in Switzerland, I'd spend it right in the Alps, but with very little time left in Europe, I head north to Belgium and then to Berlin before leaving Western Civilization for a while.

    ... cream (the gruyere flavours is made only from the milk of the cows from that particular region) I actually covered a lot of ground. Switzerland is so compact it’s made for the day trip.
