Giardini Naxos, Sicily, Italy josiezim... to see a flowing lava river (as I did in my dreams last night... scary) so I guess one volcanic crater is any volcanic crater? I'm sorry if any volcanologists are reading this and just got really offended. Catania, Sicily, Italy doviA lovely quaint very old area. Stayed in a lovely hotel with great attentive staff would recommend it to any couple looking for a romantic break or second honeymoon. Just off the main shopping street of Corso Umberto but found that the shopping was over priced so don't go expecting any bargains.

Catania, Sicily, Italy mavsqb1... level in Catania. We were the only ones there and it was quite fun to wander around without a crowd. The Bellini monument and theatre were beautiful but we were headed to the Cathedral and the elephant fountain. We'd also seen a sign for a Hard Rock Café and I wanted to add to my pin collection.
