Another night of cruising then we arrived safely in Coco Cay, Bahamas. It was another overcast morning, light drizzle. The ship did not dock here so we had to get on a tender to the island. Coco Cay has all the standard aquatic activities, snorkelling, swimming, slides etc. It's built for the tourist. Kel was keen on the jet ski tour, so after a brief deliberation we signed up. ...
... nights and it went to Nassau and Freeport, in the Bahamas. First we stopped at Freeport, and the area that the ship docked didn't look like the best area, but we still got off and we ended up having a great day! We went to this private location, not one that the cruise offers as an excursion. We found our own spot to go snorkeling! It was so awesome, the people there were so nice and there was maybe three other families there snorkeling while ...

It looked like a fun island but safety is first. We had to stay anchored at ...
... I enjoyed the view as we left Miami (knowing I'd be exploring there after the cruise), and just loved having the sunshine on my skin. *sigh* I guess I'd forgotten how that feels!!
The cruise was fairly standard after that. The meals were a battle with lines of people until we could get to our table. The food was good (Breakfast was fairly average, Lunches were okay, but Dinners were really great) but there's a lot of ...
