... and Looked at the statues section first. We looked at big french beautiful statues of weird babies with goat legs and wings and stunning muscly men dancing around. ... approach the tower from a different angle. We plan on climbing up the tower by way of the stairs, since elevators are for lazy people, and also we are cheap. I find we appreciate the view and architecture of the place more from the slower stairs route. Ultimately, we are just too cheap to pay for the ticket.

... was a small of bowl of cauliflower puree and white chocolate mousse with coconut sorbet, quite an amazing duo, but it worked. Next came the ‘chocolate’ dessert, full on dark cocky, in crumbs, cake, mousse, wafers heaped onto a plate with a lemon thyme ice-cream – there was debate as to weather the ice cream was too strong for the dishes. Then came the petit fours, petit little marmalade cakes, and then ‘dig’ your own truffles ...
