... bread and cheese. It was so relaxing just soaking up and sun, reading and doing nothing! Back to our place for a cuppa and a game of scrabble. Yes I did win but only just Steph2 is a bit of a gun player. Seemed like it was drinkies time so we shared a bottle of Chablis. He missed a turn and went the wrong way up a one way street to their hotel, the woman had 5 bags and the back of the car wouldn't shut, until he gave us some of our bags back to go on our ...

... designed in the shape of a cross and the area closest to the Chateau was know as "little Venice" Louis even had his own gondolas and gondoliers (a gift from Italy) It's at the end of the Grand Canal where we sit down to have our leisurely picnic lunch. Fantastic :) After lunch we return the bikes and walk over to the fast pass entrance to the Chateau itself. Now, no words can ever accurately describe the opulence of this place. It's huge, over the top ...
