      Yejele beach - the best beach in the South Pacific

      ... without hassles.

      Jen and I were lucky enough to grab a comfortable coach and we made our way to Yejele beach which is about a 15 min drive around the coast. It really is a beautiful beach and the pictures are testament to that.

      What more can I say?

      With land in sight , the Carnival Spirit began the tendering process, however with the chop and wind gusts, it was perilous. The wind had dropped from its overnight high of 60 knots down to about 20, however it had whipped up a chop on the western side of Mare, which is where the tendering happens.

      One tender got away with senior officers on board, but it was clear they were having a tough time maintaining control ...

      ... to happy hour at 4- as usual. We had a fairly quiet and early night. I was keen for bed because I still couldn’t seem to get warm. Supposed to be sunny tomorrow so I’ll soak up some sun then. Two days at sea before we’re back in Aus. It’s gone so quickly when I think about it, but it feels like we now live on this boat.
