Scenic drive along the river
... not as far as Portland but to the Island in the middle called Hayden Island and checked into the campsite there. Once checked in, we drove over to Safeways to get a few more supplies and then headed back to cook dinner. After a nice warm chilli, we relaxed, showered and watched the first episode of the final series of Hustle. Then it was time for bed and as we curled up under the duvet we hoped the rain would stop soon.
