      ... they were but if you’re ever in Europe around le 8 décembre, it’s worth coming to check it out! Not long after this a lot of the anglos from uni finished their exchanges and started heading home. That was pretty sad, but it was very different being the person who stays instead of leaving. They all had the same notion that it was too short a time, which I could fully appreciate, and assured them they would be back soon.

      ... They are super friendly and always willing to help. Its a nice change from when I was in Berlin. This pharmacist recommended throat lozenges and cough medicine with codeine! I headed back to the hotel to rest and take my medicines. The cough syrup was so light and tasty like vanilla sauce not like the thick sticky American cough syrup. I really enjoyed taking it!       ... which the kids immediately took over. As it approached 11am we rounded up the kids and headed to the puppet theatre for a French rendition of the 3 Little Pigs. The theatre was very quaint and the puppets very traditional. The experience was great but I think the lids struggled without it being in english? We bade farewell to our friends from home and pushed on to find lunch and suss out our afternoon. Next stop was a shopping centre ...

      ... in the shape of a love heart! The tour took us through about two kilometres of the tunnels and the millions of bones we could see all seemed to be perfectly arranged...whoever organised them was probably perfectly deranged.

      ... happens when we become lost, the confusion led us to the Cafe a la Fontaine, which turned out to be a fabulous experience!

      The interior of the cafe, which was so packed for lunch that we had to have a drink at the little zinc bar before a table opened-up, has the appearance and ambience of an authentic bistro from a hundred years ago.
