... and run down now, the coastline offers beautiful beaches however they are lined with half destroyed resorts that were bombed during the invasion and are yet to be completely knocked down. ... The lake is designated as a Special Protection Area mainly for two nesting species, so I am pleased hearing a friend and neighbor, Aphrodite, offering to drive me out there.
Of course I expect to see a wetland, but to my disappointment the spot was totally dry. Being a bit patient though we were awarded in the end.

STUDIO: The studio I had on this stay was #227, spacious, clean, modern and well equipped with a separate sitting room/kitchen and a bedroom with two singles at the other end of the corridor.

EXTENDING SUMMER HOLIDAYS
