... need or desire to buy anything just to get out of the heat. So aside from the heat Toowoomba was alright, it had a lovely view point called Picnic Point, which has possibly the biggest Australian flag flying that I have ever seen and thankfully a rather nice café serving the obligatory Devonshire Teas. ... Main Street. Cash Converters is a regular stop for Mick in Toowoomba as they have a really good store. Next is Dan Murphy's for some light refreshments for the evening Kerry introduces Mick to the game of 500 on the iPad. He tries to work the playing partner's strategy and cannot fathom it out. ... the three graveyards in St Albans. The first graveyard we came across was the Settlers Graveyard and we were thrilled to find John's grave and his wife Mary's grave, they both died in 1860. During the day we found many of the Fernance clan and Elaine was able to take many pictures and notes allowing her to add to the family tree.
