... night, the only variations were the intensity of that rain pretty much from just after we got back from our post-dinner walk. Being in a park with no amenities, as I've said before, means prepping to leave is a quick procedure. Because of the weather we decided that we would not go the 8.6 miles in to take a short trail to view Exit Glacier. ... by Dianne back in 1997. It was seriously crowded, and full of action, and we promised the doorman we would be back later. We took a photo of the blank wall of a long three storey building with a somewhat stylised whale and dolphin mural.

We found our way past the massive station building to Ship Creek to look for salmon. There was a good run in the creek, a foot of clear shallow water over a gravel bed, ideal salmon habitat, and there were a lot of fishermen ...

... It was my favorite part of the city, good food, cute shops, a brewery and distillery, nice walking area and houseboats! As we were leaving, we tried to see if we could do a tour at Molsen but they only do tours on certain days. We ended up in Kitsilano, which had a bunch of board shops. Not really looking to do any shopping we jumped on a bus and headed back into town for lunch. We read that Denman St had some good eats but it's not impressive. Stanley Park ...
