      ... Once we ditched out bags we basically hit the pool for the remainder of the evening.

      After our breakfast the next morning we enquired about hiring quads or scooters to get around the islands. Everyone seems to do it and it looked like heaps of fun. In the end we opted for the quad as we were told we'd have a better chance at escaping serious injury or death over the scooter.       ... called Mama's House. Walter had a really good beef dish and I had stuffed grape leaves and (another) Greek salad - i can't get enough of them. We got back to our hotel, quickly got ready, and left for our wine tour! There were 3 other couples on the trip and we ended up going to 3 different wineries.       ... switchbacks to the top of the mountain, we arrive at our hotel, the Millhouses, located at Firostefani which is next door to the capital Fira. Very nice, one of the white structures hanging off the side of the cliff. 50 steps down to reception and we are there. And then comes the room. 'you can have the suite sir, as all the rooms are full'. We investigate and find the suite is on 4 different levels, all very nice but the bedroom is a cave at the top ...
