      ... back again one day.

We made it safely to Poprad, and along the way we were treated to majestic views of the Tatras Mountains and adorable Slovak villages. Poprad itself has a delightful city centre packed with colourful houses and a quintessential white cathedral. However, the outskirts of the town have communist-era written all over them, so naturally, we didn’t spend too much time looking the oppressive concrete structures.

      We stopped for ...

Anyway, while in line for the lifts, about 50 people showed up in ...

After a morning of sightseeing in Kosice, the 2nd largest city in Slovakia, we got on a train to Poprad. We are officially hunting Mineral hot springs now. When looking for hotels in the area, we saw this huge water park advertised called ...

Another quiet sort of a day we got up and ate our breakfast around 8 ready for our hike at 9. We caught a train first, then took a funicular (which is like a tram that goes up the side of a mountain) further up the hill to where we started our hike. It started off nice and easy and stayed not to bad, it was a really great walk up though the mountains. And even though it ...
