Another lazy morning. I'm still not feeling too well, I’ve spent most of the night coughing up nasty green stuff. Malaka

On our last night at the Apa Kaba Guesthouse we were invited to celebrate an Indonesian guest's birthday. The Apa Kaba family had sourced a huge and delicious chocolate cake and the whole family and all the guests joined in singing happy birthday. Chicken, churches and a (hair) cut

We moved into a much fancier mall and I decided to have my hair cut, getting a fringe put in for the first time in years and years. It cost 9 pounds for a wash, cut and blow-dry. Apparently in Malaysia this is expensive, and the average price was more like a fiver. Crazy.
