... final goodbyes to Rome. My flight was at
12:00pm, so I made sure I was there 2 hours early for check in. My flight to
Changi Singapore was smooth and comforting, especially for a 12 hour flight. We
then got off the plane for a3 hour and 40 minute layover, at which I caught up
on some sleep before getting back on the plane at 9:40 am for the duration of
my flight home to Brisbane arriving at 7:30 ...

    Today was amazing! I had
the best day, 5 hours, lots of flour and plenty of laughs and knowledge. I learnt
how to cook a four course authentic Italian meal in a private kitchen in
central Rome, with an English speaking Italian chef. In a small group of 8
people we first went to the local market to collect all our ...

Today I went on Vatican City’s most comprehensive tour combining
two walking tours to see Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica
and the most interesting one of all Basilicas of the Vatican including Santa
Maria Maggiore. This is the only Vatican City tour that incorporates all of the
Basilicas along with the Vatican Museums to ensure you see everything in ...

... conversation! I believe this program is excellent for
people who want to experience life in Italy and the Italian culture in-depth.
This once in a lifetime program has a focus on cultural exchange and host
families are not only excited to learn English but also love to share the
characteristics of their amazing country, culture and ...

Today I went on a walking tour of Rome, to find the best food spots in town. Led by a local food-loving guide named Gigi, this brilliant tour included nine regional food tastings and explored Rome's foodie neighbourhood, Testaccio. I meet colourful traders at a gourmet market, heard recipe secrets from the people behind the oldest food traditions in Rome. I sampled some brilliant gelato at Rome's oldest gelataria, tasted ...
