    ... however would travel to the countryside or beach for recreational activities.

    At the koala sanctuary, I had the chance to see all key animals of Australia at one afternoon. I also had a picture taken with a koala on my arms. On facebook, this picture got the most like-its I ever had. As I have been asked from Germany: no, koala fur is not really soft. Kangaroo fur instead is much softer.

    ... very well and the little and often meals are suiting her. She's sleeping at present just as we've hit land at Port Hedland, Australia! Only another 4hrs and 2198 miles to go to Brisbane and a 2 hr break. Local time is 2.30am so technically the 6th. Kept watch on UK time for tablet purposes but mind is with the darkness ...

    ... like, "Why not?! Let's live on the wild side!" There was a gondola ride on the way down and before we knew it, our last day in Cairns was over.     ... girls were all staying in a luxury pad at Byron Bay. I must admit to feeling a bit jealous when I saw the place, the house was lovely and it had a enticing looking jacuzzi in the garden. Us lads were off to sleep outside with the snakes and the spiders. It should have taken us two and a half hours to drive the 95 miles south to Sandon River but thanks to Smudger's navigation skills we got completely lost.
