    ... with fruitless results I might add). We explored the island for the day, walking along the stunning golden sands with the amazing lush green back drop of Moreton national park. We had a really good stroll to the ship wrecks just as the sun was beginning to drop down and had an amazing view of the sun-kissed orange waters around the ship wrecks. We practically had this part of the beach to ourselves, as the resort is out of season.

    ... and had a play in a park/ shopped quickly and made sure we arrived at Mez's place by 3:45 to maximize our time together with the lovely Khrone family.
    All the kids rode their bikes whilst we chatted. Was great to catch up.
    Shared a lovely BBQ dinner and had an early night.

    ... for a quick natter with the driver. Like many of his fellow Aussies he had been over to Britain and toured Europe in his younger days but in keeping with a clear love of buses him and his mates had managed to somehow acquire a london bus for 300 which they re-sprayed and converted into a super camper before embarking on an adventure through the continent.
