Today we got ready to go out for our canoe adventure. As we didn't want to get up early and be rushed, we booked for the 11:30 departing trip. We got on the coach at around 11:45 and met our English friends who were also staying in the car park in their campervan. The coach journey took around 30 minutes and when we arrived, we got a life jacket each, a paddle and then Max and ...

Today we decided that we were going to leave early due to the miserable weather. The drive took us almost 7 hours due to lots of traffic, but we finally arrived just south of Perpignan. We found a car park right next to the beach and it was only three euros. however, you could only stay in it until 6pm so just before then, ...

... what to expect.... we were amazed by the city, our friends Melanie & Vincent whom we met at a Thai cooking school in Chiang Mai in 2012 had invited us to stay with them the next time we came to France...... Funny this time we had decided to take up this offer and the welcome from them was unbelievable. We actually have Facebook to thank for us being able to keep in contact with so many great people we meet. They have a 2 bedroom apartment right in the center of ...
