      ... there way too late in the day. Next up was the skytrain to the mall where each floor poorly represented a country or city - San Fran, UK, Turkey, Paris etc. we had a great lunch in the food court (green curry mmmm) but the mall itself was just like any other upmarket mall in the world. Rouxi went off to watch the Hobbit at these deluxe theatres they have here where you get a lazy boy recliner and service. Hayley and I got the train and boat back home.       ... the bus and left at 2 pm. Lots of works on the road to Bangkok so it took more than 2 hours to get to Suvarnabhumi airport where we got the free shuttle to Don Mueang airport where we would leave tomorrow morning at 6. This took another hour as it is on the exact opposite of town. Than you realize how big it is. Than we had to get a cab to the hotel.       ... I'm really surprised Will did it also as he has extremely ticklish feet. After so much walking we went back to hotel and on the way back checked out a few other rooms that were cheaper to stay for the week, whilst doing this we found a rather nice cheap massage place, and given our feet were killing by now we decided a full body oil massage would go down a treat and at only 200baht ea ($6.80) it wasn't a question, after which we went back to hotel ...

      ... provided, but they are very few and far between

      The driver will be just that, he is just a driver, he will know nothing about truck repairs, washing/cleaning the vehicle, he will change a tyre and that is about it (assuming there is another bloke to help him) any replacement tyres will be second hand, he will drive like a lunatic, dress like a tramp, be very short tempered, loud and aggressive
