... continued our beach hopping journey to Long Beach, home of the Queen Mary. We didn't really expect too much of this place but it was really nice. Everything was so modern and clean. ... as Friends. It was amazing to see. We saw the grass Ross played rugby on to impress Emily. It was tiny. We also went into Ellen's studio and the two and a half men studio. Everything looked so different to what we see on TV. There were a couple of batman exhibits as it is celebrating it's 75 years and a section with the Harry potter costumes and props. ... pass by - give them a wave on their way down"". It's amazing to sit in the rotating dining room on the 106th floor and you simply watch people drop before your eyes, as you eat! The views day and night are spectacular, and we enjoyed a couple if cocktails on the 107th floor lounge on our last day, taking in the afternoon views as sunset approached. Just be aware the drinks aren't cheap here, but it is certainly worth it for the views on one night of your stay. There is no lion enclosure ...

After we packed up camp in the morning we jumped in the van and headed towards the glorious Los Angeles.
