Todays main plan was a Constitutional walking tour around our old neighbourhood, so once we were rid of the bags, we jumped on the Subway (SEPTA) back towards Arch street and our meeting point at the National Constitution Center. Dinner was at Steve's Steaks, where we had extremely SLOW service and mediocre cheese steak subs. The quality paled in comparison with Jim's Steaks, where we had lunch the day before. If we had it to do over, we would skip the optional excursion (which included the inferior meal) and just explore more of the historic district on our own. Just saying...
