... it. Staying here 5 nights in a family suite for $785 AU. Booked through booking.com. Happy with the room. Slightly dated but clean, spacious and well located. Kids are having their first ever night in a bunk bed. They're pretty pumped. So much room for activities. It could end badly given that they both sleepwalk, particularly when overtired. ... Pier where the big rollercoaster, Ferris wheel (the most scary ride for me! Explanation later) and swinging chairs etc were, was just like stepping into a 1950's fun fair. The wooden decking complimented the brightly colored stalls, posters and benches. Disney's typical attention to detail included themed rubbish bins (trash cans!), interesting things to look at while in queue and uniquely uniformed staff for each land within the park. ... it with all the Neon lights on. It was then time for the evening show at Disney's California Adventure Park - The World of Color. Our tour had reserved space for the show. It was not fireworks, but a show done with water, color, light, and music. It was outstanding! Of course after the show it was a mass exodus from the park, but we stayed back a bit to let the crowds die down.
