... experienced over the past few days, we left late at night. I-70 was fairly deserted when we got on, at times we were the onvehicle in sight. However if the interstate was deserted, route 128 into Moab was desolate. We went 1 hour without seeing another vehicle. No houses, no people, no cars and no help if we broke down. Fortunately, the rover didn't let us down and we arrived in Moab at 12:30 pm. We were grungy, but after a quick shower we were off to bed for a few hours...more to ...
