... small little shop decorated with a hodgepodge of bizarre antiques. Not the place to hand out if you are afraid of clowns or creepy dolls! Still a bit hungry, we found another small local place open where we tried another local specialty --the yuba plate which included tofu in about as many different forms imaginable!

After the long day we were ready to crash. Tomorrow we had back towards Tokyo for a visit to another common site outside Tokyo -- Kamakura.

... was going to cost me around $160 for the night, where the boat stopped was a woman who could speak english she gave me a lead. got back to the rail station and made the info desk book the hotel. the hotel turns out to be a huge 9 story place but the bedroom they gave to me was like a traditional ryokan, the room was huge. to me the room had a real 60s aesthetic to it which really appealed, ...

... After visiting the shrine we were completely exhausted. Although we'd walked about 6km, we had also climbed about a thousand steps give or take a hundred. And descended the same number. We needed some place to rest a while, and we needed it now! Help came to hand in the shape of a very cool retro cafe called the Lancatlgue Cafe.
