... a gaijin to the lady at the counter. I thought I was getting the 'gaijin price' of 5200 yen at first because of the way they were looking at and speaking to each other. I saw the pricing on the wall and it said the same, 5200 yen per night. I couldn't turn on the power for the room lights at first. Some things had power.
