    Greetings from Nassau

Running shoes on, I head out around 7:15 a.m. for a run on the ship. The track is located on the 4th floor and I want to get a head start before the heat ruins me. I am not a fan of such crazy, humid heat for my runs.

Princess Cay makes up 30 acres of the island. This area of the Bahamas is sub-tropical with about 340 days of sunshine a year. And this is one of those sun shiny days! We started our day with a workout - ...

... While Lou and Jose enjoyed their sinewy, robust, full flavored muscle, Shell sat there enjoying her boring, plain gyro.
Day five saw us sailing or should that be rocking 'n' rolling back into Miami. The seas were somewhat choppy that night, but it didn't slow us at all. Before we knew it our stint in the Bahamas had come to an end. What a place to visit..next stop The Big Apple!
