    ... t take us long to get soaked and so we decided to just keep walking back to the boat to shower and eat lunch on the ship. By the time we got back to the boat our clothes were soaked through and we were dripping on the floor! We showered and had lunch and waited on the ship for the rain to pass. After the rain passed we headed back into Nassau to do some shopping in the local straw market, but the town was pretty quiet, and we weren't too impressed so we headed back to the ...

    ... thanks to Ian for teaching me about seasoning it was great. We had a couple of corked bottles of wine and left over gumbo so Craig threw it overboard feed the fish. The lesson learned in that exercise always check the winds before throwing items over board...oops a wee mess to clean tomorrow.

    This was my favourite island, and not just because of it's name. We stepped off the ship into the debilitating heat. I was looking forward to a nice air conditioned bus to show me around the island. Instead we were taken to these wired - totally illegal in Australia - open air taxis.
