      ... very very quickly but with limited time and many places we wanted to visit we couldn't spend more time there. We are heading to Memphis by Greyhound coach instead of driving as we aren't that confident of our driving skills yet, plus it is a hell of a lot cheaper. $115 for both of us from Nashville to Memphis and return and it is about a 4 hours trip each way.  We will get the coach back from Memphis to Nashville and then hire a car to go to the Smoky ...

      ... particularly enjoyed the 2 Nashville stars and a group called Sons of Fathers. Hannah had a dreamy look on her face during their performances, swooning in an appropriately 1950's way over Charles Esken and a rakish double-bass player. After the show, we took a taxi to a honky-tonk bar on Broadway, where the music and the bourbon flowed until the early hours.
