... be him with everyone in black wetsuits and white swimming hats it's difficult to spot anyone, So we dash to the swim exit and 16 minutes later he runs up the ramp well up in his group. Now three laps of the bike course he acknowledges his support crew's cheers, five noisey supporters with Union Jack waving , no wonder he is going well. On to the run its now a breeze for Graham who runs past the faster cyclists into the home straight . 2nd GB 9th ...

Plus the opportunity to get out and have good conversation with another Canadian family. We walked over to the restaurant it was only about a ten minute walk. We left the stroller because a lot of places don't have the room for a stroller let alone two. So it ...

... all over the park. I don't think he had any clue! We just both laughed. We just followed them around a bit until finally they both wanted to go in this sand box with in the sandbox. It's like a smaller sand box but raised up so like I call it it's a baby jail because once you put them in there their stuck!

It gave us some good quite time while they were in the jail. After a while we decided it was time to go home for lunch and nap. We said our good bye and said thank you for a great ...
