      ... a dingy without a ladder, in 2- 3 foot waves is not an easy thing to do. You would think that you could kick with your fins to get a little push to help hoist yourself up but alas, that does not help. The best way is to lift quickly using some momentum and then throw a leg or foot over the edge to help you push yourself least for those of us with wimpy upper-body strength.)
