We still have a few days in Thailand before we head off to our next destination so we decided to escape from Bangkok and find somewhere new to explore.

Our first plan was to head up North a few hours to Sukothai which is the Ancient Thai capital but as we were piling into our taxi the staff at our hotel said that there has been loads of flooding there and that we would not be able to get any transport. Apparently it has been all over the news but we ...
