    ... sniffing around the outside restaurant with two very cute pups. Best to steer clear though as the mum was getting quite snappy with her pups.     ... gym, a set of weights, abdominal sit-up bench etc. More than enough equipment to keep one busy if so required. We started with a 30 minute workout, which we will continue with throughout this week, next week we’ll bump it up to 45 minutes, and thereafter we’ll stick to one hour sessions.

When we got back to our room, it stunk of petrol! I'd noticed it slightly earlier but now it was really strong.     Never a dull moment here, weather is superb and the water problem is ongoing, it just hasn,t rained and as good as that is for us the island needs water.
    The funny thing is even though you would imagine it to be dangerous to light fires, that is just what the locals do. The owner of the bungalows where we are staying decided to clear up the fallen leaves and branches and systematically piled everything around the bungalows and forest and set fire to it ! ...
