    ... br> The vet thought he might have tick fever. This is caused by either being bitten by a tick or eating one that he may have found between his toes. It can be fatal if left untreated. The platelet levels deplete and the liver function weakens. A blood test confirmed tick fever.

    We walked away about 100 lighter and a bag full medication for him. He really needs another blood test in a month, but we won't be here to take ...

    ... till we found the old fisherman's village which is really beautiful and restored with little boutiques, café's and restaurants. We stayed for a while, off course had to buy a little this and that and had a drink. Than we carried on and followed the coastline. We found out that after the fisherman's village the road was rather boring and more a business road and the south road is a lot nicer with better views. So we carried on and ended up where we stopped yesterday ...

    I was picked up by the spa staff and was taken to the spa. I was greeted by the beautiful Thai women in robes with their hair up in buns with flowers poking through. They escorted be across the beautiful pond bridge with floating lilies and orchids and handed me a small cup of honey tea as I waited for the first part of my retreat - lavender steam room.     ... and his foot slipped off the brake and the truck rolled into a black Nissan in front of us and nudged it. Immediately both the driver and passenger jumped out of the car and gestured for me to get out too. We were at traffic lights in rush hour traffic I was not getting out.
