... as we went to a Tibetan dance performance which didn't seem very authentic and the dancers seemed to be more like wannabe K-Pop stars. Although, I will admit the singing was very nice and rhythmic. Later, we headed to the hotel which was pretty gross and I thanked myself again for packing my silk sleeping bag! Looking forward to exploring ...

There were over four hundred stairs to climb as was the case for all the places we visited along the Yangtze River. It was very humid as it had been raining all night. at the markets coming down from the City of Ghosts we bought two dressing gowns, a tee shirt, hat, umbrella and a silk pair of pyjamas (for Ruby). This was a good ...

... to the mountain Jinyun to do a track. To get to the mountain you had to take a cable rope up to the peak. When I saw the cable I did not know if it was still a good idea to do this. I think the cable boxes were leftovers from an Austrian ski area back in the 80s... They were all oxidated ! But I took the risk, everything for fresh air.
I made my way to the top and I already felt the clean air going into my lungs.
I started a walking track. Flashbacks of New ...
