... vivid yellow, green or purple. See small fish I recognize such as the parrotfish, angelfish, damsel, cleaner fish, zebra-striped fish etcetera. All in all a nice day of mild exercise topped off with a big Malaysian buffet, topped off with a delightful array of desserts ranging from cakes, to chocolate covered with shredded coconut, and fresh cut mangoes. Tomorrow I pick up a little culture at the Cultural Village.

... The gong factory wasn't really a factory at all, but rather a lot of independent craftsmen and women in a village making and selling gongs. That was fun to see and it is the main place that they make the traditional gong in all of Borneo, or so I understand. Yes, of course I bought one!

Tomorrow we return home. It will be good to see the dear childers (#1 son, glorious, and delightful) and #1 wife. Hopefully they remember to pick me up at the airport at Sunday evening in the Estima.

... was really pretty but nothing we haven't seen before! We spent most of our time in the sea, snorkelling and taking photos on my new waterproof camera! Came back in the afternoon and met the boys for dinner and drinks. Today we're leaving for Bali. Borneo has been abit random, fun day trips but not a lot going on in the towns and kinda expensive.
