We went to the office of Civil Affairs with two other families. It was kind of a blur, but Emmett bounced in and was taken into the play room. He was then brought into the meeting room to meet his brother, grandparents, and parents! It was quite a relief for all of us that this moment had come, and our health finally returned to normal

... The driver had his 2 year old child with him, he needed to be held in the car so Miriam offered to do that straight away. The child was super cute but definitely didn't like strangers.
