... why I was homesick was because Chen Xia stayed home from school sick so I was without a host student on Friday. Also it's midway through the trip so I think it's normal to be a little home sick. But today I am good and we went to eat sushi for lunch! It was so good! Today I think I'm going shopping with some other booker t kids while school is going on in the afternoon. Should be fun!!! Sorry I haven't written in a few days
... the class. Should be interesting..... I am having so much fun!!! This morning me, Anthony, Paulina, and Chloe discovered this really good little cafe that has good coffee and popcorn chicken! Weird combo but it's really good!!! Haha! This afternoon we are learning how to make dumplings. I feel like lately I've been eating so much food!!! Ahhhh!!!! Oh well!!! At least I'm feeling good now to actually enjoy and eat the food! Well I will try and write again ...
First full school day
... all wanted to take a picture with me! I kind of felt famous!!! Then me, Paulina, Chloe, Sam, and Delaney and our hosts all went to dinner together in the evening. It was so good!!!! ... looking helpful (a tout!) and took us to a travel agent. We arrived at the travel agent and bought 2 tickets for the 9pm bus to Yangshuo - or so we thought. We took our tickets and they gestured to us to wait in the front of the shop where we would be met and taken to our bus.
