... that are growing now after they removed the Macademia Nut orchard. He also pointed out the Eucalyptus trees that have been planted for building so people don’t cut down that beautiful forest. There were also some pine trees that were planted for use as telephone poles, until they realized the woodpeckers wanted to live in them.

... with snakes, these amateur hikers were unfazed and took off for the summit full of energy. While we suffered a minor hiccup of going left instead of right at the edge of the parking lot, it was smooth sailing for at least the first 500 metres...
