... or jellified fruit and beans in a sweet and salty coconut milk dressing. There were stalls selling crepes, but not as we know them. In Thailand they are called "roti" and when uncooked have more the consistency of chapatti dough. Instead of pouring the batter on to the hot griddle it is stretched and swung about like pizza dough, before being cooked and covered in butter and sugar.
