So when we told Steve's Dad we were going to Africa, he told us to bring him back a monkey. Well guess what... we were having lunch outside in Delia's Secret Garden and we saw monkeys today. ... but the rooms are down-at-heel and ordinary. Water in the bathroom, over the years, has lifted the lino all over - God only knows what lives under it - I certainly am not going to look! ... the croc and I started taking many photos. In more civilized countries they normally put a tape around the mouth of the crocodile even if he is very small. Thus, there is no possibility it could bite you. Apparently they don't consider this to be necessary in Kenya. It was quite cool because the overall experience is much more real.
