... originally. Phi Phi is darling- has a lot of character. There are no cars or motorbikes allowed, only walking and 2 wheel bikes. the roads are all "block" and are more walk ways. Luggage and supplies get carried around in big wheelbarrow like contraptions. You really have to get out of the way when they come through.
