... beach for 100 baht - 1 pound each, we were too hot to walk and it was further than five minutes. The beach was beautiful! Clear blue water, and it was so quiet there. We found a spot, had a one hour sunbathe and dip in the sea - which was amazing! It was so clear, so shallow, and so warm. Then we had some lunch on the beach - I had Paenang chicken curry and rice which was nice, tasted like a korma, and Jonny had pork with spices and rice which he liked. It came ...

... originally. Phi Phi is darling- has a lot of character. There are no cars or motorbikes allowed, only walking and 2 wheel bikes. the roads are all "block" and are more walk ways. Luggage and supplies get carried around in big wheelbarrow like contraptions. You really have to get out of the way when they come through. We found a nice little place with balcony and wifi for 500 bt a night.

The beaches have a lot to offer as its one of the best places for waters sports especially Kite Boarding which looks ...

The first 27 hours of the trip was composed of all travel. By far the most interesting part of the day was the taxi ride to the hotel. Doing my research before hand, I knew a taxi was going to be between $20-30 to get to my hotel. As a past customs at 1:36am, I just wanted to get to my hotel. The first people told me $66 to get to the hotel. This middle aged man then proceeded to follow me around telling me $35. Finally after ...

Today, all the volunteers went to summer camp! Me, Fred and Inaam taught Healthy Eating and Exercise which was fairly straightforward. At lunch, we went to the coconut shake restaurant but they had ran out of coconuts for the coconut shake - just my luck!!!!! Anyway, this was the last time some of us were going to be seeing Jack as he was returning to England the next day! It was quite emotional but hopefully we will have a massive ...
