    ... Barcelona. The third place was a cider bar, and we drank local cider, which unlike normal cider has not fermented for 3 months, and again had some meat and cheese on bread. In order to add bubbles to the cider it needed to be poured from a distance to hit the side of the glass, then the drink was only good for a short period after.     ... is a special pouring technique that must be observed to ensure the liquid stays cool as long as possible before hitting the glass. So to do that you need to hold the glass in one hand as low to the ground as possible and hold the bottle as high as possible. Then it's a tricky task to aim the bottle's contents at the glass, but I got it first try. Each of the group gave it a try with varying success.

    So after waking up in this beautiful house, I learned how to go to school from here. It was weird, because I saw an exit for the metro, so i went to it, but it was all locked and closed. I thought that was weird, but I decided ok. I walked down and the other side was closed! So I realized that clearly they didn't work, and so I would have to go to another metro stop a block or so down. I ended up taking that one, and found my way to school.
