... spending nearly 2 weeks in Madrid and realizing how much this country has in itself, I've come to decide on sticking to trips to: Barcelona, Valencia, Andalucia, and Morocco. While I may find a new place to go, so far this is my agenda for the big weekend trips coming up in the next 2 months. More updates on that are sure to come!

... we didn't ever see that in Spain. We also liked our tapa lunch at St. Mighel Market where there is lots of little vendors with olive skewers, croquettes, seafood, sushi, freshly made potato chips, sweet treats, ice cream, and more. Our only disappointment was at Taberna Pompeyana; we only ordered a drink and cheese jambon croquettes, but they kept pushing upon us more unwanted and mediocre freebies.

Day 4 Sunday 1 July. We read the flea markets were worth a visit as they are on every Sunday but we didn't expect them to be quite as extensive as they were. By the time we wandered down one section we found ourselves at Ronda de Toledo so took the opportunity to pass by the Puerto de Toledo before going back to the antique market.
