Today, we went to a beautiful home I Modena where they produce Balsamuc Vinegar over many years. We tasted 7 vinegars that were aged from 15-25 years. They were so unique with subtle differences. They dont sell to shops, but freight to anywhere in the world.
We had a brilliant education session and got a whole new appreciation for it.
Ummm, needless to say I bought some.

Next we dropped into the Archaeological Museum of Bologna. It has one of the best Egyptian collections in Europe, apparently. We wandered through that looking at some amazing mummies or people and cats and ibis. Anita decided to say in the cool of the Egyptian section while explored the history of Bologna on the first floor. The exhibits went back to the Etruscan time before the Romans, then of course ...
... the train station. We were on separate carriages as it was so full but at least we got first class. First class sauna though. My carriage was hot and everyone was glowing. When I got off I asked Anita about her carriage and it was the same.

... 11:20 but no passengers got off and they wouldn't let anyone on. Our train arrived at 11:25 and we all got on and left by 11:35am. The passengers for the 10:55 to Venizia were still standing on the platform waiting to get on. Strange train system in Italy.
