      Another fine breakfast. Scrambled egg juice to ea good bread and salad Tram to Centrale stn (1.50) then Frecciarossa high speed train to Bologna. 40€ plus 3.50booking fee. Great train - smooth and stable at 280kph. 1 hr trip. Very flat farmland with old brick 2 story farmhouses. Mainly veg and grapes and couple chook/pig sheds.       ... We headed back to Joanna's place - a 16th century building - the apartment was tiny and very basic. I was so amazed she held cooking classes for up to 4 people in the tiny kitchen. The apartment was 4 rooms only. We started by making the pasta dough - it was the same process as the pizza base.
