    The stores display them hanging from the ceiling, rows of legs arranged like a chorus line. The Spanish love their Iberian ham, sliced so thinly, the slices are translucent. And we see these between buns, on tapas, in delis and restaurants everywhere you go in Madrid. The baggage tag for Madrid says 'MAD' and it would be so different from Amsterdam; the passengers clapped when the plane landed, such expressive people. Very artistic ...

    ... so it's very dark and I don't have to worry about bothering other people by talking. It's pretty nice actually - you can sort of see the Cathedral lit up in the distance.
