I wish I was fitter because its so much easier to admire the sites when I'm cruising, but I was breathing so heavily, hurting so badly, that I wasn't paying attention to anything except the next step in front of me. 4.3km only and my calves are hurting so much. Anyway, its a start to a fitter me. To think, I was fit enough to do a a 100km charity hike 3 years ago.

... my life. The job search is still in the works, and although I have had a number of interviews I haven't yet received an offer. I remain steadfast and continue interviewing and sending my resume out. Fortunately at this point I've just about grown accustomed to interviewing in Spanish so my English interviews back in the USA should be a breeze. The Portuguese lessons have been going well and when Wills visits we may be going to Portugal so I will have a chance to put my abilities ...
