    Our little room in Saint Etienne (Hotel Tenor) forced us out early as we had some k's to cover today. Picked up some supplies from the Hotel Deville's supermarket, including choc and plain croissants for morning tea, & stuff for a baguette lunch.     ... 3 flights of narrow stairs (luckily we only had our backpacks and had left the big suitcases in the trunk of the Duster!) and into our surprisingly modern little room.     ... get a train that afternoon to Dijon, which we had skipped in order to do our Burgandy deviations. From Dijon, we would take another train to Strasbourg back in the Alsace region of France and from there we thought we should have enough time to cycle on the Euro Vélo 15 to Frankfurt. Yup, a bit addicted you might say. And as it was July 14, Bastille Day in Dijon sounded like a good party!
