A lot of Long Beach was under construction along the coast line so the beach itself was not in the best condition and of course we chose to go to the bit that was home to the local homeless population!

... As usual we arrived first. First class on today schedule was Ballet Contemporary Dance Class with Cati Jean. I swear she thought it was just us people from the Van at first, so she was definitely in shock when she discovered there were about 30 more dancers. The studio was gorgeous though, apart from the fact there weren't really enough ballet barres for all of us. A few hours after Steve arrived from Sydney, we got to see the real LA. We went to a few tourist attractions such as Universal Studios city walk.
