    ... which was showing as negative!! Needless to say I thought the parking was perfect. However I managed to cross another boats anchor so the boat owner re parked it. One of the other boats grounded!! Eventually we were all moored safety and the job of packing commenced. All sorts of nooks and crannys exist on a boat and we had used them all. Some I had forgotten about!! Again we took too many clothes. Note to self. Pack much less next ...

    ... We needed supplies of water so off went the skipper and first mate. On our return skipper fell off the back of the boat into the water. Nothing hurt but very wet!! Dinner was usual fare. The bigger children had cocktails (they will not do that again, they were disgusting) and the bigger adults had retsina which for some unknown reason tastes delicious in Greece and disgusting anywhere else! The cost of food is very reasonable. Around £10 per head for meals with drinks ...

    Well. Where to start. After a good sail to Skopelos town we were confined to port as we had very high winds forecast. The town is not a bad place to be storm bound. After a bit of shopping we sent Claire and Sam off with Tilly and Bethany to a beach. Richard and Ed wanted to hire scooters. I did not think that scooters were a great plan. I don't like them.

    ... the reefing systems etc before Jules made a delicious lunch for us all. We did think of anchoring but the wind was a bit high and anchoring is not one of our finer points we simply bobbed abound and ate. Then off for a bit of serious sailing. Captain Tilly had a long go at the helm as she was feeling a tad sea sick. This (along with medication) cured her. Given the head wind and general tiredness among the crew we put the engine on a motored to port. We were headed ...
