    ... out the street markets.
    Its not long before the first serious bag purchases are being negotiated by Genelle and Pauline. One of the backroom places with lots of copy watches and copy bags but seem to be pretty good quality. The bloke and Genelle battle it out in negotiation before 1200 baht is agreed for the bags, he's done well not to be paying her to take them away but lets say it was a win win situation after a prolonged negotiation.

    ... dancers, i didn't realise how desperate they where. Sat alone with their tongues hanging out, like they are watching a fresh piece of meat. After leaving there we ended up in a bar on this long stretch of bars, the attraction was two thai's trying to hammer bent nails down into a block of wood and competing against each other.. Skipping an hour and a few games of connect four me and China started playing and whoever lost had to neck a shot. ...

    ... everything!

    We had a bit of a wonder down the main street but didn't think much to it - a bit like Khao San Road in Bangkok but with less stall & more bars! Then we walked back to the hotel via the beach which is huge!

    Dinner was at a random little place which was really busy so we thought it was a good bet - nice food and really cheap.

    Tomorrow we plan to head a few km up the coast to Hat Kamala which is meant to be a bit quieter!

    ... local bus to the airport. Unfortunately, the walk that hurt Norma’s back separated us from the bus station where the bus departed. So we finally did something we have been psyching ourselves up for, we took a moto-taxi. These are the simple taxis of just a guy and his motorbike, and in this situation they also wore official looking orange vests.
