... and decided to take the river cruise and learn about the heritage sites and buildings surrounding the canals. Many of them are decorated with local art depicting the culture and added lots of colour to the river banks. It was nice to relax in the boat with a breeze and hear about the history. ... She is doing okay and I'm sure she will be fine but she just needs to get better.
So thats whats happening! I'm flying to Philippines on Saturday evening,and hopefully alix will get a flight home soon.

Ill be meeting Kat and Izzie out here in a few weeks so I wont be alone for long, although after seeing so many lone travellers I don't think it will be as scary as I first thought.
