Trip into the city to shop
... Didn't buy any copies of copyrighted movies. But those that are in the theater now are on DVD within days. And they only cost between $1-2.
Did get a photo of 4 people on a scooter, although it is fuzzy. Didn't see any 5's on this trip yet.
Had a late lunch at one of the hotels - had a change of pace on the food as well.

Frisbee Football
One of my old co-workers works here now. He invited us to the normal Friday night game of frisbee football. Apparently most of the expat families meet at the international school every Friday. Then the guys play frisbee while the women talk and the kids play.
Hard to believe I ran around for over an hour. And the next day, I was SORE!!!
But the payoff - they had real pizza delivered. Much better than the food I was getting to eat.

RIAU
... rice and you want knowww its a greaatttt taste .. deliciosoooo :D love this quiet city :D
2nd day we tried to exlplore this city.. we went to the waterpark and i think it was the only nice thing we could find in riau hehehe ;p We enjoyed the waterpark we swam until afternoon. after swam we went to Pekanbaru town, we found some malls / department stores in the town.

The Guest House
Nothing more fun than being on the last house at the end of the street where no one else lives. All the other houses are unoccupied and we are surrounded by jungle. And I get to experience Friday the 13th here. A little spooky.
So far removed that even the monkeys don't seem to want to come all the way out here.
Monkeys shown are near the other houses closer in to the main part of camp.
