... Okay, it's not REALLY that Tom Riddle, but you'd think it was by the worn out grass in front of the monument from all the Harry Potter fans. Oh, and did I mention there was ANOTHER bus accident? Yesterday we were ON the bus. Today we were standing BESIDE the bus. Coincidence? I hope so! After the tour and the requisite souvenir shopping, we headed back to the ship. Another sea day tomorrow. Maybe it'll actually be warm enough to enjoy some of the pools and hot tubs on the top ...

... so I add a link. Other highlights included a 400m tunnel complete with natural spring gushing down in the middle of it, a beautiful aqueduct, lots of pretty bridges over the canal and our final highlight the Canal Museum and Tea Room in Linlithgow. We arrived here after 21 miles, wet and very bedraggled. The tea room is a tiny place, a converted workman's cottage and looked very "twee". We asked did the mind us coming in. ...

... Scotland. Its a must if you havent been up here. Once at the Castle we decided against going in. Been in many times before and it is quite expensive as well.

Back down and into town stopping for a beer in the smallest pub in Scotland. Still had nice beer. Heverlee is highly recommended.

... our tummies started making a lot of noise, almost thought something was wrong with the car, but it turned out to be stomach growling.... :-) At this time we were just north of the city of Sterling, when we turned off to look for a nice place to get a snack.
