We instantly fell in love with Lembongan as soon as we arrived. It's the backpackers paradise we've been looking for. Off the beaten track, not yet fully discovered, no cars and only a few narrow roads covering the island. This is a smaller version of Bali - much smaller, very local and a chance to experience real island life.

Andy got a bit of a stomach bug, and was out of commission all of Saturday. Luckily for him, we had not planned to snorkel at all that day, though. Since Andy was out, Boo and I just shmobbed around Lembongan Island and the smaller one next to it (a very sketchy suspension bridge connected the two). We had a blast cruising around all day and found a cliff-jumping spot, too!

... food order. This left both of us guessing as to what was going on, was this woman running the local protection racket or paying for protection? Was she dealing Opium or something a little less exciting? The truth is we will never know, but it was fun to observe and guess. After leaving, we continued further along the road and came across some more mini-markets. Keen to see if there were other flavour noodle pots and frozen meat balls we went in to investigate. ...

Never having done Yoga before, it seemed the perfect time to have a go. My perception of Yoga has always been one of relaxation and calming movements. It was, but for someone that seemingly lacks flexibility, it was actually a strenuous workout, and with the heat I was sweating just as much as when I doa spinning class at ...
